FAQ
Tickets
Where do I buy tickets?
All Circuit AZ tickets are sold exclusively on Resident Advisor (RA). Go to our Events page and click the RA link for the show you want.
How do I receive my ticket?
Your ticket will appear in the RA Guide app under My Tickets. Log in with the same RA account you used to purchase.
My barcode isn’t showing—what now?
Some events use delayed barcode delivery to prevent fraud. If you don’t see a barcode yet, open the RA Guide app and check My Tickets again closer to the event. Make sure you’re logged into the correct RA account.
Can I transfer my ticket to a friend?
Ticket transfer options are managed by RA and vary by event. If available, you’ll see a Transfer/Name Change option inside the RA Guide app for your ticket.
I can’t attend—can I resell my ticket?
Use RA Resale from My Tickets. It securely issues a new barcode to the buyer and cancels the original. Pricing and fees are shown in‑app.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are generally only available if an event is canceled or rescheduled. If you can’t attend, please use RA Resale.
Should I buy from third‑party sites or DMs?
No—use only RA and RA Resale. Third‑party sales are risky and often invalid, especially when barcodes are released close to showtime.
Can I use a printed ticket or Apple Wallet?
We recommend scanning directly from the RA Guide app (screen brightness at max). Printed/e‑tickets or wallet passes may be accepted, but the RA app is fastest.
Group purchases & arriving separately
Some group/table orders issue a single barcode per purchase, which may require the group to enter together. Check the ticket description on the event’s RA page before buying.
I didn’t get a confirmation email / my tickets are missing
Log into the same RA account used at checkout (Apple Pay or social login can create a new account). Then check My Tickets in the RA Guide app.
What does “underground” mean at Circuit AZ?
Music‑first programming, respectful crowds, and immersive environments. We prioritize sound quality, artist curation, and community over spectacle.
Code of conduct
Consent always; zero tolerance for harassment or discrimination. Respect the space—don’t block the booth and keep calls off the dance floor. Be present—limit bright screens and no flash. Look out for each other—if someone needs help, alert staff immediately.
First‑timer tips
Use RA Resale & ticket notifications for sold‑out shows. Rideshare in/out and keep arrivals/departures discreet. Comfortable shoes, earplugs, hydration—thank us later.
Can I bring a camera?
Phone content is fine with no flash. Professional cameras and gear are typically not permitted without prior approval.
How do I stay updated on new shows?
Watch our Events page, join our newsletter/text updates, and follow socials for early announcements and ticket drops.
Venue & Entry
Age requirement & ID
Most Circuit AZ club events are 21+. Bring a valid, government‑issued photo ID. Always check the event’s RA page for details.
Set times & arrivals
Doors and set times are posted on the RA event page and can change. Arrive early for smoother entry and to catch our residents and opening artists.
Re‑entry policy
Policies vary by venue and event. If not listed on the RA page, please assume no re‑entry.
Dress code
No strict dress code—function over fashion. Wear comfortable shoes and bring a light layer.
Bag policy & prohibited items
Small bags are usually fine. Leave outside food/drink and anything that could impact safety at home. Follow venue security guidance on the night.
Photo / video etiquette
Keep your flash off, be mindful of those around you, and ask for consent before filming others. Minimize phone‑up time to preserve the vibe.
Accessibility
We work with venues to accommodate accessibility needs. If you require assistance (early entry, viewing areas, etc.), contact us ahead of the event via our site.
Lost & found
Check with venue staff the same night. After the event, reach out via our Contact page with a description and the event date.
Safety & hearing health
Techno is loud—bring earplugs, hydrate, and take breaks. Plan a safe ride home in advance.
